I meet the Heathrow and City flights from Zurich, here's what I'd tell you
Most of you are on SWISS or British Airways into Heathrow, a little over an hour and a half in the air, and I'm in the arrivals hall with your name up before you reach the doors. If you'd rather be in the middle of town fastest, SWISS flies into London City too. Either way I've followed your flight the whole way in, so a late one changes nothing, and you don't pay for the wait.

Small things worth knowing
- London is one hour behind Zurich all year, so the early flight lands you here almost before it left.
- Fares are fixed and I'll quote them in Swiss francs or pounds. Swiss cards are fine, no cash needed.
- Since April 2025 you'll need a UK ETA to come over, £20 on the official app, approved quickly. Sort it before you travel.
How you'll find me
Into Heathrow, I'm in the arrivals hall the moment you're through customs, your name on a board. Into London City, I'm right by the exit, it's a small airport and a fast one. I'll have your flight on my phone, so I'm already there when you are, and I carry the cases from the hall to the car.
What it costs, up front
The fare is fixed and I quote it before you fly, in Swiss francs or pounds. It covers meeting you inside arrivals, the wait if you're late, and the drive to your door. No meter, no surge, nothing added at the end.
What Zurich clients actually book me for
Usually one of a few: a day of meetings in the City or Canary Wharf with the car kept on; the Bond Street and Mount Street run with the boot filling up (it always does); a discreet weekend with dinners to reach on time; and in term time, the drive up to a school or to Oxford with the cases. Which airport should I fly into?
Heathrow has the most flights and the widest choice of times; London City puts you closest to the centre and Canary Wharf. Tell me your meetings and I'll say which suits.
Do you charge if my flight is late?
No. I track the flight and adjust, and you don't pay for the wait.
Can I pay in Swiss francs?
Yes. I quote and take payment in francs or pounds, card is fine, no cash needed.
Do I need a UK ETA?
